A native of Wisconsin, Coach Ross is entering is 3rd season with the Falcons and 3rd as the Defensive Coordinator.  Prior to Falcon High School, Ross spent 2 seasons at Skyview Middle school as their Defensive Coordinator and also was a head coach for Colorado Springs Park and Recreation League from 2002-2003.  Coach Ross’s 2007 defense finished as one of the best in school history.

As a player, Coach Ross played 4 years at Racine Lutheran High School (Racine, WI) and then 1 year at the Univ. of Wisconsin Stevens Point.  He also played 1 year of club football for the Racine Raiders in 1995.  Coach Ross is an Assistant Fire Chief in Cheyenne Mountain during the day.

Dale and his wife, Jennifer, have 2 children, Josh and Kayla.
